There's so much to thank you for in 2020 – what an unprecedented 12 months it's been! But we've made it; together, we've made the impossible, possible. Thank you for your tireless commitment, adapting to a new way of working, following new health regulations and keeping us all safe and sound. Even though we've worked at a distance, we've grown stronger as a team and performed at our absolute best. A tough 2020 is not going to stop us from feeling optimistic about the future. You've helped get more people on bikes and into the outdoors than ever before. This is a great achievement and we're truly proud.
